Home Schooling Persons home schooling or interested in home schooling in Cumberland County may contact: Susan Carden A support group for families in the county (and surrounding areas) has recently been formed: Cumberland Advancing Kingdom Educators (CAKE) cakenews@aol.com Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at Shiloh New Covenant Church, Rt. 60, east of Cumberland Courthouse, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Children of all ages and their parents are invited to attend and take part in the activities. Additionally, parents meet for support on the fourth Tuesday night of the month from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at various members' homes.
